   CNC 螺柱焊接系統(tǒng)（自動(dòng)螺柱焊接平臺(tái)）是一種高精度、高效率全自動(dòng)數(shù) 控螺柱焊接裝置。X、Y軸傳動(dòng)均采用高精度滾珠絲桿線性模組，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定， 定位精度高，使用壽命長(zhǎng)；控制系統(tǒng)采用工業(yè)級(jí)PC及運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡，交流伺服 驅(qū)動(dòng)； 搭載儲(chǔ)能螺柱焊機(jī)、拉弧式螺柱焊機(jī)，以適應(yīng)不同的焊接需求。Z軸 可選擇氣動(dòng)或電動(dòng)伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)，可配置一個(gè)或多個(gè)焊接終端，以滿足不同領(lǐng)域 的個(gè)性化需求。

CNC stud welding system (automatic stud welding platform) is a high-precision, high-efficiency fully automatic CNC stud welding device. Both X and Y axis drives use high-precision ball screw linear modules, stable  operation, highly accurate positioning , and long service life; the control system uses industrial-grade PC and motion control card, AC servo drive; it is equipped with energy storage stud welding machine, drawn arc stud welding machine to meet different welding needs. The Z axis can be driven by pneumatic or electric servo, and can be equipped with one or more welding terminals to meet the individual needs of different fields.
